Job Description — o9 Supply Chain Architect
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days/week onsite in Palo Alto

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced o9 Supply Chain Architect to design, implement, and optimize supply chain planning solutions using the o9 Solutions platform for Meta. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supply chain planning, o9 architecture/configuration, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead o9 Solutions architecture, design, configuration, and implementation for supply chain planning initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable o9 planning solutions and technical designs.
• Design and configure planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP/IBP, and scenario planning.
• Develop data models, planning workflows, business rules, alerts, dashboards, and integrations within o9.
• Work with ERP, data, analytics, and other enterprise systems to define integration and data architecture.
• Partner with supply chain, operations, engineering, data, and business teams to identify process improvements.
• Lead solution workshops, requirement gathering, design reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot complex o9 functional/technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
• Establish best practices for scalability, performance, governance, and maintainability of o9 solutions.
• Mentor developers/consultants and provide technical leadership across implementation teams.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Supply Chain Planning / Supply Chain Technology experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on o9 Solutions experience in architecture, implementation, or solution design.
• Strong knowledge of o9 Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning and S&OP/IBP.
• Experience designing end-to-end o9 architecture and data models.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, planning methodologies, and optimization.
• Experience with ERP/data integrations, APIs, ETL/data pipelines, and enterprise data architecture.
• Strong SQL and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale technology, manufacturing, hardware, or high-tech supply chains.
• Experience integrating o9 with SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, or other enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with supply chain transformation and large global implementations.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and solution-design skills.
