Complete Description:
The resource will serve as a Business Relationship Manager (BRM), providing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across multiple business units. They will ensure effective alignment between business partners and ESO IT by managing priorities, monitoring progress, and facilitating clear communication. In addition, the resource will perform targeted business analysis activities to help translate business needs into actionable requirements that support project objectives.
Responsibilities
The resource will lead light-to-moderate project management duties, including organizing deliverables, tracking milestones, maintaining risks/issues, and supporting typical ongoing governance routines. As a BRM, they will maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and that IT solutions align with strategic goals.
They will also provide focused business analysis support such as assisting with requirements clarification, documenting processes at a high level, and supporting decision-making discussions. Limited testing support may be required, including reviewing requirements for completeness, validating solution behaviors, and confirming that final deliverables meet business needs.
Technical & Methodology Expertise
The resource is expected to have practical experience with Azure DevOps, Agile frameworks, and standard SDLC practices. This includes supporting backlog management, refining user stories, coordinating sprint activities, and ensuring traceability across the development lifecycle. They will contribute to effective visibility of work and promote consistent communication between business and IT teams.
Required Skills:
• Experience as a BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role – 3-5 years
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements – 5 years
• Experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes – 5 years
• Hands on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools – 3 years
• Experience coordinating testing activities and supporting UAT – 3-5 years
• Experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues – 3 years
• Experience facilitating stakeholder communication and alignment across business and IT – 5 years
• Experience documenting business processes at a high level and supporting clarification of requirements – 3-5 years
