Position Overview: Multi-unit Manager (Food, Retail and Customer Service Management Experience Required).

Overseeing the operations of two locations while ensuring consistent high standards in customer service, sales performance, cost management, and staff development across both units.

The goal is to build a sustainable and profitable business and achieve organizational objectives.

This position requires enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency in maintaining our service and product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Development:
  • Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate a team of 5 to 10 young employees per shop.
  • Provide training to enhance skills for current roles and future promotions.
  • Address employee issues professionally and promptly.

Operations Excellence:
  • Define schedules to optimize service levels and minimize costs.
  • Control food costs, manage inventory, cleanliness and place orders.
  • Ensure adherence to all food safety procedures and regulations.
  • Deliver great service while following the brand standards.

Profitability:
  • Implement systems and routines to control costs and maintain budgets.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to staff regarding brand standards and sales.
  • Support sales goals by developing effective sales initiatives.

Leadership and Strategy:
  • Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of the area.
  • Create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Lead by example to foster exceptional cust.

Qualifications:
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (desirable).
  • Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) knowledge.
  • Scheduling and ordering tools such as 7shifts and Sysco Shop.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Prior customer service experience is required.
  • Previous management experience in a food or retail environment is essential.
  • Previous experience with Franchised brands is a plus.
  • Proactivity and Problem solving is a must.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Be able to handle and lift boxes with 20-30 lbs.

Compensation:
  • $50,000 to $54,000 + tips.
  • Tips are 100% applied to the sales you did, no pool tips.
