Local Team Collaboration

Join our close-knit team of 20 physicians and 60 CRNAs at John Peter Smith Hospital.

  • Work alongside four dedicated OB anesthesiologists.
  • We work closely with our hospitals CRNA colleagues to provide the best anesthesia care possible for the Fort Worth community.
  • 13 main ORs, 3 OB suites, 3 GI suites, and 5 ORs in the ASC.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified, board-eligible in anesthesia.
  • High-risk OB experience preferred.
  • Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dedicated to obstetric anesthesia work-no non-OBGYN coverage during OB shifts.
  • Comfortable in a Level I trauma center with high-risk OB.
  • Maternal levels of care Level IV - with a sizeable high-risk population necessitating 24-hour coverage with OB-trained anesthesiologists.
  • Use EPIC with access to our internal informatics platform.

Compensation

  • Base yearly salary of $500,000.
  • A $25,000 quality bonus incentive.
  • Full benefits offered with 401(k), malpractice, and tail.
  • Annual CME.
