Practice Environment
  • Work alongside 2 OB/GYNs, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 1 Certified Nurse Midwife

  • Collaborative care model with Certified Nurse Midwives, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers

  • Approximately 300 deliveries each year

Work Schedule
  • Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Dedicated Operating Room Block Time: Monday and Friday, 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • Certified Nurse Midwife takes first call

Position Overview

As an OB/GYN with our organization, you will deliver comprehensive women's healthcare services, including:

  • Annual wellness examinations and preventive screenings

  • Diagnosis and management of gynecological conditions and infections

  • Contraceptive counseling and fertility assistance

  • Prenatal and postnatal care

  • Labor and delivery services

  • Gynecological surgical procedures

  • Evaluation, treatment, referral, or admission of patients as clinically indicated

You will work closely with clinic personnel, medical staff, and hospital leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Qualifications
  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical institution

  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency program

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • Eligibility for an unrestricted medical license in Illinois

  • Current DEA registration

  • ACLS certification

  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required within 6 months if not currently certified)

  • Proof of attendance in an approved Fetal Monitoring Course every 2 years

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
