Mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking an OB/GYN to join the largest OB/GYN provider group in San Antonio. Practice at a premier Medical Center location with deliveries performed at Methodist Hospital.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary approximately $240,000
• Additional compensation equal to 50% of hospital collections from deliveries, C-sections, hysterectomies, and other procedures
• Total earnings commonly range from $300,000–$330,000+
• HRSA student loan repayment eligibility ($25,000–$35,000 annually, tax-free)
• Paid malpractice coverage

Position Highlights

• 1:7 call schedule
• 24-hour call followed by a full day off
• Remaining schedule focused on outpatient practice
• Open to Board Eligible or Board Certified physicians
• Texas license not required at the time of application
