    Job Title: OB/GYN Physician

    Location: Alamogordo, New Mexico
    Join a Leading Women's Health Practice
    An established and comprehensive hospital in Southern New Mexico is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join a collaborative, patient-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a modern facility equipped with advanced technology, dedicated labor and delivery services, in-house diagnostics, and strong clinical support.

    Position Highlights
    • Full-time opportunity
    • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
    • Practice mix: 70% Obstetrics / 30% Gynecology
    • Shared 1:4 call schedule
    • Modern clinic with private exam rooms, ultrasound and procedure suites, and in-house lab services
    • Access to advanced hospital resources and labor & delivery services
    • J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Base salary plus productivity incentives with $500,000+ earning potential
    • Sign-on bonus up to $100,000
    • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

    Requirements
    • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
    • Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted New Mexico medical license

    • Fellowship training through ACOG-affiliated programs
    • Strong commitment to patient-centered women's healthcare
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
