This facility provides extensive services for women, facilitating approximately 1,280 live births each year in a nurturing environment. The recently updated Women’s Health Center offers a wide array of services, including breast health, colonoscopy, family planning, obstetrics and gynecology, postpartum care, and a clinic specifically for teen obstetrics.

Opportunity Overview:Deliver comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
Assess and manage a wide range of gynecological conditions, both acute and chronic.
Provide routine and preventive gynecological care in an outpatient setting.
Engage in clinical and educational instruction for OB/GYN residents and medical students.
Board Eligibility and/or Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Annual Base Salary: $296,000* (for board eligible); $301,000* (for board certified), based on a 40-hour work week. Additional earnings are available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.
The estimated total annual compensation package is approximately $395,800** (for board eligible) and $401,300** (for board certified), which encompasses the base salary, 401(k) contributions, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors outlined below:
Estimated annual earnings for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked weekly is $70,200***.
401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS limits):
Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution based on base earnings, with no employee match required.
After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution based on base earnings, with no employee match required.
Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement.
Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO) including vacation, sick leave, holidays, and CME days.
Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Premium plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
