Practice Overview:

Join an established OB/GYN Hospitalist program serving two major hospitals in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro. This patient-focused, evidence-based program is designed around collaborative obstetric care, with support from fellow hospitalists, community OBGYNs, and one of the largest community-based MFM practices in the country.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OBGYN who enjoys hospital-based obstetrics but wants a schedule with significantly more flexibility than the traditional 7-on/7-off hospitalist model.

Schedule & Practice:

• 10 twelve-hour shifts per month qualify as full-time
• Flexible block scheduling rather than a required 7-on/7-off model
• Additional shifts available; compensation example based on 12 shifts/month
• Day and night preferences considered during scheduling

Hospital & Clinical Support

Practice across two established Las Vegas-area hospitals:

• Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center - Level III NICU
• Dignity Health St. Rose Dominican Hospital - Siena Campus - Level III NICU
• 24/7 collaboration and support from the local MFM practice
• Access to genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, advanced ultrasound and fetal echocardiography resources
• Opportunities for fetal monitoring certification, basic OB ultrasound training, TVCL assessment training with MFM, and critical-care obstetrics education

Compensation & Incentives

The program offers a shift-based compensation model with multiple additional incentives.

• 2026 shift rates: $1,650-$2,090
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• $25,000 relocation reimbursement
• $10,000 commencement/shift commitment bonus
• Holiday shift differential
• Performance incentive
• Collections incentive
• "Catch" bonus opportunity
• Paid time off
• No Nevada state income tax

Illustrative 12-shift/month compensation model:

• Approximately $351,803 recurring annual compensation/incentives
• Approximately $451,803 in Year 1 when including the $75K sign-on and $25K relocation

Actual compensation will vary based on number/type of shifts worked and incentive eligibility.

Candidate Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum 2 years of OBGYN experience
• Nevada license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
