OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is seeking OB/GYN physicians to join the hospitalist program at Marietta Memorial Medical Center, part of Memorial Health, a not-for-profit, community-focused integrated health system.

This program supports comprehensive women's health services across the Mid-Ohio Valley with a strong emphasis on patient safety, collaboration, medical education, and community service. Role Responsibilities:
OB/GYN Hospitalists provide comprehensive inpatient care, including:

  • Managing emergent OB patients regardless of circumstance

  • Labor management and vaginal/operative deliveries

  • OB triage evaluation and treatment

  • Surgical procedures and surgical assists

  • ED consultations

  • Postpartum care

  • Care of unassigned patients

  • Supporting private practice OB/GYNs

  • Educating and supporting nursing staff

  • Participating in resident and medical student education

  • Emergency drills, simulations, and quality initiatives

  • Developing best practices and participating in clinical trials

  • Facilitating daily interdisciplinary board rounds to enhance patient safety
