OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director – Arkansas | Little Rock Metro
Opportunity Highlights
- Leadership role overseeing OB/GYN hospitalist program and clinical operations
- Double coverage model on all shifts
- Work at a major regional referral center with Level III NICU
- Manage labor & delivery, OBED, and emergent GYN care
- Coverage for unassigned OB patients
- Strong collaboration with OB/GYNs, MFM, and neonatal teams
- Opportunity to lead quality initiatives and clinical programs
Schedule
- 5–8 in-house 24-hour shifts per month
- Full-time leadership role with strong work-life balance
