Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time Physician to join our well-established OB/GYN practice, which has proudly served the Middlesex County community for over 75 years. Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our patients, and we are looking for a candidate who shares our commitment to the OB/GYN specialty.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in shared call (1:5) with the option for home call.
• Manage a significant number of deliveries annually.
• Engage in a partnership track with no buy-in required.
• Provide care in a community-based hospital located in a college town.
• Utilize a new 11,000 sq ft office space equipped with modern facilities.
• Perform procedures in an on-site surgery suite with anesthesia options available.
• Conduct in-office procedures using nitrous oxide for comfort (e.g., LEEPS, IUD insertions, biopsies).
• Access in-house ultrasound services with three machines and two accredited ultrasound technicians.
• Offer on-site mammography and breast ultrasound services.
• Collaborate with an on-site mental health practitioner dedicated to practice patients.
• Enjoy private provider offices and on-site billing staff.
• Benefit from a 13-month scheduling system.

• Must be a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN professional.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team of healthcare providers.

Working Conditions

Our practice is supported by a team of five MDs, one Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), one Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), and one Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Obstetricians share call responsibilities and serve patients at two office locations: Middletown, CT, and Essex, CT.
