• Practice at a 25-bed critical access hospital
• Full-spectrum OB/GYN with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM clinic schedule
• Protected administrative time
• One dedicated surgery day each week
