- OB-Focused Practice: High-volume obstetrics practice with minimal GYN responsibilities and no routine GYN surgery requirements

- Strong Work/Life Balance: OB physicians maintain standard clinic schedules while on call for greater consistency and work-life balance
- Fridays reserved for procedures as needed with no forced surgical block time
- 1:5 hospital call schedule with only one weekend per month
- No hospital rotation requirements and dedicated external OB support for non-group patients
- Modern Clinical Environment: Brand-new clinic featuring 15 exam rooms, NST room, and access to robotic technology
- Efficient patient flow supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff
- Growing practice model with expansion plans toward a 5-physician OB team in Round Rock
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary: Starting base salary of $320,429 with annual MGMA wRVU adjustments
- Productivity Incentives: Most providers earn between $350,000-$380,000 annually with top earners exceeding $400,000
- Balanced Schedule: Fridays reserved for procedures as needed with no forced surgical block time

Qualifications
- Degree: MD or DO required
- Certification: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Licensure: Eligible for Texas medical licensure
