Sutter North Medical Group (SNMG), a premier multi-specialty medical group located just north of Sacramento, is seeking a Generalist OB/GYN to join our thriving team.

Practice Highlights
- Flexible clinic schedule with a standard 4.5-day week (alternative schedules such as 4x10s supported).
- Average daily volume of ~25 patients, with autonomy to increase based on preference.
- Efficient scheduling templates (15/30 or 10/20 minute visits).
- Current practice mix: 60% OB / 40% GYN.
- Team of 6 experienced OB/GYNs and 2 advanced practice providers (NPs).
- Mid-levels assist with C-sections and may attend deliveries at the patient's request.
Surgical & Delivery Support
- Deliveries are performed at the local hospital.
- GYN surgeries/procedures at Sutter Surgical Hospital.
- Da Vinci robot is available and fully supported.
- Reliable block OR time with minimal scheduling barriers.
- Strong delivery volume
Call Schedule
- Call rotation: 1:6, evenly distributed among physicians.
- Weekend call: Friday through Sunday (typically covers OB and GYN patients).
- Weekday call: Rotates among providers; call responsibilities are shared fairly.
- Clinic during call: Physicians generally continue to see patients in the clinic while on call, with the flexibility to adjust hours or take a post-call day off if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive income guarantee: Up to 2 years, with transition to production.
- Sign-on bonus: Up to $20,000.
- Relocation assistance: Up to $20,000.
- Residency stipend: Up to $3,000 per month for up to 24 months while in residency.
- Forgivable loan: Up to $200,000.
