OB/GYN Opportunity – Los Angeles

A well-established, not-for-profit, JACHO-accredited multispecialty group in Los Angeles is seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to join a collaborative, midwifery-led practice focused on low-risk deliveries with a low C-section rate.

Practice Model:

• Work alongside midwives and one other OB/GYN
• Baby-friendly designated facility practicing low-intervention deliveries
• Weekly schedule: 2 clinic days + 1 laborist 24-hour shift

Qualifications:

• Board-certified OB/GYN
• Active California medical license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $290,000 – $320,000 (based on experience)
• 5% sign-on bonus
• Up to 12% annual quality-driven bonus
• 28 PTO days + 3 CME days
• CME allowance up to $3,000/year
