Annual salary: $335,998, plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus

Key Highlights
OB/GYN Highlights:
- Become a member of a team of 4 OB/GYNs
- Receive exceptional support and mentorship within the group
- Collaborate with Midwives, Neonatologists, and NNPs
- Perform deliveries and surgeries at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center, a 109-bed level III trauma facility, with approximately 650 deliveries each year
- Participate in a call rotation of 1:5
- Utilize robotic surgery technology
- Work with EPIC EMR
- Join a nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and integrated service line
- Access DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool that integrates with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for easy review and editing
- Experience a commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients
OB Hospitalist Highlights:
- Choose between 12 or 24-hour shifts
- Join a dedicated team of 4 full-time OB/GYN Physicians and Certified Nurse Midwives
- Aurora Medical Center - Lakeland handles around 650 deliveries annually
- Work in a Level 2 NICU
- Provide GYN coverage in the Emergency Department
- Offer on-site hospital care for obstetric and gynecological patients
- This is a hospital-exclusive position
- Engage in both OB and GYN patient care, collaborating with CNMs
- Access to sub-specialists, including Gynecologic Oncology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Urogynecology
- Be part of a highly dedicated and collegial team

Training and Experience Required
- MD/DO degree
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
