Job Summary
PeaceHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilledPhysician Assistant (PA)to join ourOB-GYN teamin Longview, Washington. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality womens health care across the lifespan in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The PA will work closely with OB-GYN physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver comprehensive outpatient (and potential inpatient) services.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive womens health care, including gynecologic and obstetric services, under physician collaboration
- Conduct patient histories, physical exams, assessments, and develop treatment plans
- Manage routine gynecologic care, prenatal and postpartum visits, and contraceptive counseling
- Assist in minor procedures and support surgical care as appropriate
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and wellness
- Document care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow evidence-based clinical guidelines
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current or eligible Washington State Physician Assistant license
- NCCPA certification
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- Prior experience in OB-GYN or womens health (new graduates with strong interest encouraged to apply)
- Experience working in a team-based, integrated healthcare system

Compensation & Benefits
- 0-3 YOE = $71.48/hr., $148,678.40 annually; 3-5 YOE = $73.47/hr., $152,817.60 annually; 5-10 YOE = $75.56/hr., $157,164.80 annually; 10+ YOE = $85.33/hr., $177,486.40 annually
