How you'll make an impact in this role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join a full-time employed position within a new clinical practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

Deliver comprehensive, high-quality OB/GYN care across both inpatient and outpatient settings, blending clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach.

Champion the landmark launch of the new Ascension Seton Women's Hospital, actively contributing to the growth, clinical excellence, and culture of Austin's premier destination for maternal care.

Collaborate with an expert, multidisciplinary team-including physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff-to ensure seamless, efficient, and compassionate patient care journeys.

Utilize cutting-edge surgical technology, including the DaVinci Robotics system during dedicated block time, to provide advanced, minimally invasive interventions and optimize patient recovery outcomes.

Participate in a highly favorable 1:12 hospital call schedule to support the practice's established patient community while maintaining an exceptional work-life balance.

About the Practice:

Experienced team of 2 physicians, 2 NPs, 4 MAs, 2 RNs, 1 LVN, clinic manager, 2 Surgery Schedulers, 3 AOOs, 1 Sonography Tech

Call structure: 1 in 12 hospital call for clinic patients

Practice setting: Inpatient/Outpatient mix

DaVinci Robotics surgery system with dedicated surgery time

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Texas Medical Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
