About the Practice:

Join a distinguished OB/GYN practice in Columbia, Missouri, known for over 45 years of dedicated service to women's health. Our high-volume, physician-led team consists of 11 experienced OB/GYN professionals. We offer comprehensive women's health services, backed by strong hospital affiliations and a robust patient base.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to enhance our growing team. This role encompasses:

• Obstetrics, including labor and delivery
• Gynecology
• Office-based procedures
• Gynecologic surgery

Clinical Responsibilities:

Obstetrics:

• Routine and complex prenatal care
• Labor and delivery management
• Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Postpartum care
• Hospital rounding and OB call coverage

Gynecology:

• Annual exams and preventive care
• Contraception management
• Evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding
• Colposcopy and other in-office procedures
• Management of menopause and hormone therapy

Surgical Care:

• Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery
• Laparoscopic and robotic hysterectomies
• Treatment of endometriosis and fibroids
• General gynecologic operative procedures

Call Structure & Schedule:

• 24-hour call model with office and hospital in the same facility
• Post-call day off
• Weekend call approximately 1:5 rotation
• Early office closure on Fridays to promote work-life balance

Practice Features:

• Collaborative team of 11 physicians
• Comprehensive referral base in Columbia and nearby areas
• Affiliation with Boone Health / Boone Hospital Center
• Support from a Level III NICU
• On-site imaging and MFM consultation
• Access to two Da Vinci robotic systems

Candidate Profile:

• MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Interest in full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Proficient in obstetrics and gynecologic surgery
• Open to new graduates and seasoned practitioners
