How You'll Make an Impact in This Role This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated OB/GYN Physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. The Team & Structure: Join a highly collaborative and established team consisting of 7 OB/GYN Physicians, 1 Gynecology Physician, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant. Call Schedule: Share night, weekend, and holiday call responsibilities with the group finalizing modified call structures alongside the OB Hospitalist group to maximize work-life balance. Care Setting: Navigate a dynamic, mixed inpatient and outpatient care setting providing continuous coverage for women's health needs. Enhance Patient Access: Collaborate seamlessly across multidisciplinary lines-partnering with Nursing, Anesthesiology, Pediatrics, and Neonatology teams-to deliver highly synchronized, patient-centered care. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
