OB-GYN Physician | Float Pool

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Per Diem experienced OB-GYN physician to join its Labor & Delivery float pool team. This unique Per Diem opportunity provides the flexibility to work across multiple Swedish campuses while supporting high-quality obstetrical care. This role is primarily focused on Labor & Delivery coverage, with occasional opportunities to support clinic operations as needed. Providers enjoy the ability to select available shifts through a first-come, first-served scheduling model and contribute to coverage needs across a respected regional women's health program.

• Per Diem role
• Float role across multiple Swedish campuses: Issaquah, First Hill, Edmonds
• 12- or 24-hour call schedules
• 2+ years of experience is required
• Compensation is $215 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
