OB/GYN Physician - Full-Scope Practice in the San Francisco Bay Area

Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician to become part of our thriving practice located in Castro Valley, California. This role offers a comprehensive scope of practice with a strong focus on teamwork, quality care, and a patient-centered approach.

Practice Highlights:

• Comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology services
• High-volume outpatient practice with an active patient waitlist
• Average of 20–24 patients seen daily during 8-hour clinic shifts
• Surgical options available, including in-office hysteroscopy, advanced laparoscopy, and robotic surgery
• Shared on-call responsibilities (~1 in 6), covering Eden Medical Center
• A supportive and collegial team dedicated to evidence-based medical practices

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active California Medical License (or the ability to secure one before starting)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range: $355,171 – $413,527
