- Board Certified/ BE - OB/GYN
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic with Family Birthing Center
- 11 Exam Rooms, 1 Non-Stress Testing Room, 2 Ultrasound Machines, and Behavioral Health on Site
- Schedule: 4/10's
- Licensed in Oregon or in the Process
- 13-17 PPD with 1:3 Call
- Salary, RVU's, Bonuses, Benefits Package with Loan Forgiveness
