Job Description:
A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a growing and well-established women's health program. This role offers full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care within a collaborative, team-based environment supported by experienced physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers. The position provides access to advanced specialty support and a high-volume practice, allowing physicians to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services
- Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures
- Manage both outpatient clinic visits and inpatient care
- Collaborate with midwives, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in shared call coverage and delivery services
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
- Contribute to practice growth and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- DEA certification
- Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
