    OB/GYN Physician
    Lititz, PA

    Job Description:

    A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN Physician to join a growing and well-established women's health program. This role offers full-scope obstetrics and gynecology care within a collaborative, team-based environment supported by experienced physicians, midwives, and advanced practice providers. The position provides access to advanced specialty support and a high-volume practice, allowing physicians to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

    Shift / Schedule:

    • Full-time position

    • Shared call rotation with an attractive schedule

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum services
    • Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures
    • Manage both outpatient clinic visits and inpatient care
    • Collaborate with midwives, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams
    • Participate in shared call coverage and delivery services
    • Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care coordination
    • Deliver high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care
    • Contribute to practice growth and quality improvement initiatives

    Requirements:

    • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
    • Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program
    • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
    • Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
    • DEA certification
    • Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care
