Sign On Bonus: Up to $50,000

This job location is currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

We are seeking a motivated, Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN to join a practice backed by a strong referral base and extensive health system resources. This is not just a job opening; it is an exceptional opportunity with our team in McMinnville, TN.

• We are actively seeking a physician who wants to shape clinical workflows, care delivery, and the culture of the practice
• Practice setting: Secure, employed position within a stable, nonprofit healthcare system
• Call Structure: Flexible and developed collaboratively among the team
• L&D/Laborist support, Midwife collaboration
• Direct access to surgical robotics (daVinci), dedicated block time, and a comprehensive clinical support staff

• BC/BE, eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. 

Education:
