Salary Range: $300,000 - $350,000

A well-established and expanding department featuring a collaborative team, including seven full-scope OB/GYN generalists and three Laborists.
24/7 in-house anesthesia and pediatric support to ensure high-quality obstetric care.
Approximately 1,100 deliveries each year, offering a robust and balanced clinical workload.
Utilization of an LDRP maternity care model, emphasizing high-quality, patient-centered care and ongoing improvement.
Call requirement consists of three 12-hour shifts monthly, with options for 24-hour shifts for those interested.
A typical workweek includes at least three office days, one dedicated OR day, and one administrative day, all supported by highly trained 1:1 clinical assistance.

QualificationsMust be Board-certified or board-eligible.
Must possess an MD or DO degree and be eligible for a Massachusetts medical license.
Fellowship training in Obstetrics and Gynecology subspecialties is a plus.
