We are currently supporting a women's health practice in their search for an OB/Gyn to join their team in Arlington, Texas.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree.
- A current Texas medical license is advantageous.
- Completion of an accredited ACGME residency in Obstetrics/Gynecology is mandatory.
- Board certification or eligibility is required.
Job Overview
- This practice is an all-female OB/Gyn group dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare for women in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The team currently consists of 8 providers and is expanding to 10.
- The North Office is conveniently located off I-30, adjacent to Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital, while the South Office is situated just south of I-20 on South Cooper Street.
- Physicians in this group exclusively practice at Texas Health Arlington Memorial, which features a Level III NICU, 24-hour anesthesia services, and a 24-hour laborist.
- There are two operating rooms in Labor & Delivery and four triage units available.
- The OB call schedule is 1:7 and is shared with another group.
- We are looking to add a physician to the South Office clinic, with call responsibilities at the North Office due to its proximity to the hospital. Each office is equipped with 12 exam rooms, and the North Office offers in-office anesthesia for certain procedures.
- The practice aims to deliver the highest quality medical care in a safe, secure, and comfortable setting.
Clinical Expertise
All physicians in this practice are board-certified and proficient in managing a wide range of women's health issues, including:
- Normal and high-risk pregnancies
- Gynecologic surgical procedures
- Treatment for incontinence
- Annual health examinations
- Contraceptive and hormone therapy management
Compensation and Benefits
A competitive income guarantee for the first 18 months will be provided by Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital.
