OB/GYN Physician Opportunities | $368K–$380K Base + Shareholder Track | Northern California

The Permanente Medical Group (TPMG) is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN physicians to join established practices in Modesto and Stockton, California.

These opportunities offer both full-time and part-time options within an integrated, multispecialty environment. Physicians provide a combination of inpatient and outpatient care and have access to specialty colleagues, in-office procedures, Epic EMR, research opportunities, and a pathway to shareholder status.

Practice & Schedule

Physicians work approximately 40 hours per week in a combination of inpatient and outpatient settings. The practices offer in-office procedures and access to other specialties.

The established teams include approximately:

Stockton: 18 physicians + several APPs
Modesto: 10 physicians + several APPs

Call Schedule

Call is currently described as:

• Weekday: 12-hour shifts, approximately 3-4 shifts per month
• Weekend: 12-hour shifts, approximately 3-4 shifts per month
• Hospital versus in-office call varies
• Additional paid call is available

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• All OB/GYN subspecialties may be considered
• 2027 and 2028 graduates accepted
• H-1B candidates accepted
