We are excited to announce an opening for a board eligible or board certified Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join our healthcare partnership at the Women's & Children's Clinic, located just west of Seattle in the scenic Silverdale, Washington. Our OB/GYN department is seeking a seventh member to enhance our dedicated team of medical professionals.
Position OverviewThis role offers a balanced practice with a 50%-50% split between obstetrics and gynecology. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, with a call rotation of 1:7 plus county call at 1:10. You can expect to see an average of 18-25 clinical patients per day. All services are provided from a single clinical site and a hospital featuring a level 2 NICU, conveniently housed within the same building.

Salary InformationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $345,000 to $365,000 annually, with additional bonus potential. This range is a good faith estimate; actual compensation will depend on the applicant's education, training, experience, licensure, certifications, and alignment with local market data at the time of hiring. Our compensation decisions are made based on the unique circumstances of each applicant.
