We’re hiring an OB/GYN Physician who wants exceptional earning potential, a manageable delivery volume, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive women’s healthcare within a close-knit community.

You’ll step into a full-scope OB/GYN role with a Critical Access Hospital featuring a six-room private birthing center. You’ll provide prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care while performing C-sections and other gynecological procedures.

Why this role is compelling
• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Friday office closes at noon
• Approximately 12–15 patients per day
• Manageable delivery volume of approximately 8–10 deliveries per month
• Six private birthing rooms
• Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology
• Perform C-sections and gynecological procedures
• Call rotation of 1 week on, 1 week off
• If on call Friday, see patients until noon; if not on call, Friday is off
• Meditech EMR
• New graduates welcome
• H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available

What makes you a great fit
• You are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Board-eligible physicians must be within 5 years of completing training
• You hold or are eligible for a clear and active Maine medical license
• You’re comfortable providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care
• You have the clinical skills necessary to perform C-sections and gynecological procedures
• You value compassionate, patient-centered care in a community hospital setting

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $450,000–$475,000, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates
