Expected Salary Range: $11,538.46 – $13,238.81 bi-weekly
OVERVIEWReporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Physician will independently deliver primary healthcare services for our organization, while also undertaking related responsibilities as necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe following duties, assigned by the Chief Medical Officer, may be modified based on the needs of patients and clinic services:
May oversee mid-level providers under the guidance of the Chief Medical Officer.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEMust possess a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of a residency program in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics is required. Board Certification or eligibility is mandatory. Ongoing education in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics through participation in local and national medical organizations is expected.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCYAbility to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Capable of responding effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
MATHEMATICAL ABILITYCompetence in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division across various units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpret bar graphs.
REASONING SKILLSComprehensive understanding of family-centered medicine principles, practices, and techniques. Ability to apply logical or scientific reasoning to a diverse range of intellectual and practical challenges.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, and REGISTRATIONSMust hold a current, unrestricted, and valid Physician and Surgeon license or equivalent from the Medical Board of California. Board Certification or eligibility in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, or Pediatrics is required. Must also possess a current, unrestricted, and valid DEA license, along with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for FP/IM, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Pediatrics, and Basic Life Support (BLS-C) certifications for all specialties.
Annual health assessments, annual TB skin test clearance or biannual chest X-ray, and up-to-date immunizations for healthcare workers are required upon hire and annually thereafter.
