We are currently recruiting an experienced Sonographer to join our AIUM accredited care center as a PRN staff in East Brunswick Piscataway and Edison locations. The Sonographer will perform ultrasounds for standard and High Risk OB Cases and GYN. Hours: PRN varied days per week 8-5:00 pm (but could be earlier or later depending on schedule)

• Ultrasound Scanning: Performs routine, diagnostic, gynecological, and obstetric ultrasound examinations.
• Patient Care: Interacts with medical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care; positions patients; and explains procedures for optimal results.
• Clinical Protocols: Adheres to established protocols, infection control standards, and proper probe handling.
• Operational Support: equipment maintenance, and supply inventory.
• Documentation & Service: Maintains records and reports while providing flexible, responsive customer service.
• Additional Duties: Performs other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience performing Obstetrical and GYN scanning.
• Degree/certificate from an accredited ultrasound program.
• Current RDMS, NT and CPR certifications.
• Perinatal experience.
• Knowledge of CPT coding and eClinicalWorks (EMR) are beneficial.

Pay or shift range: $37 USD to $45 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Education: Bachelors or better. Licenses & Certifications: AR Diag Med Sonography.
