Sanford Womens Health is looking to add a BE/BC OB/GYN to join the group.
- Join a group of 17 physicians
- Support staff includes Genetic Counselors, NPs, PAs, and Certified Nurse Midwives
- Supportive specialties including two Gyn/Onc physicians, three MFM physicians, one REI physician and one Uro/Gyn physician
- Laborist Model with 24-hour in-house coverage of all partners patients
- Call is approximately 48 hours as a Laborist per month, either 12 hour or 24 hour shifts
- Compensation floor of $410,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- In addition, a $125,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Based on data from last 3 years, estimated that members in the group have the ability to earn an average of $505,000 from personally performed wRVUs after practice is established.
- Additional compensation provided for laborist coverage
