Join an established, hospital-employed OBGYN Core Faculty team combining full-scope clinical practice with opportunities to teach medical students and residents. Practice in a new, state-of-the-art hospital with strong laborist support, advanced robotic surgery capabilities, and a modern maternal care environment.

Position Highlights

• Hospital-Employed Position: Join an established health system in a stable, employed faculty role.
• OBGYN Core Faculty:Combine clinical OBGYN practice with resident and medical student education. Teach medical students and OBGYN, General Surgery, and Family Medicine residents.
• Advanced Clinical Resources: Access modern surgical technology, dedicated OR time, and comprehensive maternal services.
• State-of-the-Art Hospital: Practice in a new 374-bed Level III hospital with a Level II NICU.
• Laborist Support: Established 24/7 laborist and neonatology coverage supports the full-scope OBGYN practice.
• Manageable OB Call: Primarily backup coverage, with up to seven 24-hour shifts monthly.
• Robotic Surgery: Dedicated OR block time with access to two da Vinci Xi robotic systems.
• GYN-Focused Practice: Average 16 clinic patients daily in a GYN-heavy program.
• Modern Maternal Care: New mother-baby unit with LDRs, C-section ORs, ultrasound, lab, and point-of-care testing.

Qualifications

• Degree: MD or DO
• OB/GYN Physician: Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program required.
• Board Certification: Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• New York Medical License: Eligible for unrestricted physician licensure in New York.
• Teaching Interest: Passion for educating and mentoring medical students and physician residents.
