Description Specialization: Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Summary: Medical City Dallas is seeking a full-time, board-certified Obgyn to join a high-performing OB Hospitalist team in a role that offers flexibility, professional support, and meaningful impact. This is a wonderful opportunity for physicians who enjoy hospital-based practice and are looking for a collaborative and empowering environment.

Qualified Candidates: 24-hour shifts

No on-call duties

Flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance

Physicians are required to work a minimum average of six shifts per month (18 shifts per quarter)

First assists available to support both OB hospitalists and private physicians

Strong, reliable back-up call system

Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies

Supported by highly experienced operational and clinical teams to ensure your success
