Pay range for this position is $34.25 - $51.13/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is a Salaried position.

Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY: The OB Navigator serves as a patient/physician liaison in scheduling obstetrical/surgical procedures, as well as outpatient fetal surveillance. Works with leaders, staff and other ancillary departments to plan, organize, direct and control the daily activities involved in the management of scheduling while providing continuous and high quality service for the obstetric patient. Serves as a clinical coordinator facilitating throughout the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Other
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS- American Heart Association ACLS - American Heart Association Neonatial Resucitation Program (NRP) - American Academy of Pediatics
• Experience: ​2 years of Obstetric nursing
• Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ​

• National nursing certification in obstetrics obtained fro ANCC.
