Pay Rate: $80 – $81/hr

Provide comprehensive nursing care for obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. Work closely with physicians, CRNAs, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe maternal and infant outcomes.
Active California RN License
Minimum 2 years recent OB/L&D experience
Acute Care Hospital experience required
Experience with labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
EPIC experience preferred (EPIC Backfill Assignment)
Must be willing to float to Bakersfield as needed
RN License (CA) – Required
BLS (AHA) – Required
ACLS (AHA) – Required
NRP – Required
S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification – Required
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) – Required
9-Bed Obstetrics Unit
EMR: Cerner / Surginet
Hospital Scrubs Provided
24/7 CRNA Coverage
No NICU on Campus
Cesarean Section (C-Section) Experience Required
Orientation and Facility Call-Offs are Billable
Day Shift
36 Hours Per Week
Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks
Call not required, but willingness to take call is appreciated
