Job Summary and Responsibilities

As anexperienced OB/GYN Laborist/Hospitalist with Camellia Women's Health, you will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate and comprehensive women's healthcare within a dynamic, physician-owned practice in Sacramento, CA. ThisOB/GYN physician opportunityfocuses on delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population, contributing to our legacy of over 40 years in women's health. You'll be instrumental in developing robusthospitalist servicesand ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Every day you will managehigh-risk obstetrics, provideOB Hospitalist coverage, and offer consultations forER/floor GYN emergencies, including surgical interventions. You will leverage access to aLevel III NICUand collaborate seamlessly with a supportive team of OB/GYNs and Nurse Practitioners. Enjoy the flexibility to design your schedule with 12-13 shifts per month, offering a blend of days and nights, or the option for 24-hour shifts, tailoring your work-life balance to your preferences.

Job Requirements

Required

• Completion of ACGME accredited training program(s)
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstectrics and Gynecology
• Minimum 1 year of post residency OBGYN experience
• Excellent clinical and surgical skills
• Must be comfortable working in a busy service and delivering high risk OB patients
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
