Position Detail:
Join a hospital employed and established group to help spearhead the development of a new block schedule
Work 7 on / 7 off covering a mix of inpatient deliveries/surgeries and seeing clinic patients
Current program composed of:
1 Full time OB/GYN
1 PRN OB/GYN
2 Full time CNMs and 2 NPs
Full office support
Standard clinic hours and shared weekday call, CNMs take first call
Average 20-25 clinic patients per day and 420 deliveries per year
Office has: Pessary fitting supplies, Colposcope, two procedure rooms, full supply of instruments for in-office procedures, M-Modal for dictation, Athena and Paragon EMR, point of care testing, LEEP equipment and ultrasound
daVinci Robot access
Direct referrals in place with Duke University for MFM and other specialties, hospital has Level I Nursery
One hospital coverage only for Maria Parham Health - located in Henderson (45min from Wake Forest, NC)
