    OBGYN Physician – Full Time
    Brawley, California
    Healthcare / Federally Qualified Health Center
    Full-time

    We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, mission-driven non-profit healthcare organization seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OBGYN) to join their clinical team in Brawley, CA.

    This organization has been serving communities for decades and operates multiple health clinics, dental clinics, and womens health programs, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

    About the Role

    This position involves providing comprehensive womens health services, including prenatal, natal, and postnatal care, gynecological treatment, and outpatient and inpatient services.

    You will work collaboratively with nursing staff, medical leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality care to female patients across all stages of reproductive health

    • Monitor and manage prenatal, labor, and postnatal care

    • Diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and perform procedures

    • Deliver babies ensuring safety of mother and infant

    • Maintain accurate documentation and medical records

    • Manage patients with chronic conditions

    • Participate in clinic improvement initiatives and staff meetings

    • Support nursing staff and clinical protocols

    • Serve as preceptor for medical students or NP/PA trainees when applicable

    • Rotate between clinics as needed

    Schedule

    • Monday–Friday (8:00am–5:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm)

    • Occasional weekends

    • On-call approximately 5–6 days per month

    Requirements

    Education & Certification

    • MD or equivalent Doctorate degree

    • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

    Licenses (Required)

    • Active Medical Doctor (MD) license – California

    • DEA license (California)

    • Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)

    • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

    • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

    Experience

    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in:

      • Gynecology

      • Obstetrics & Gynecology

    Additional

    • Supervisory experience or willingness to supervise

    • Comfortable with outpatient and hospital settings
