OBGYN Physician – Full Time / Part Time

Location: Mesa, AZ

• OBGYN opportunity with a mission-driven outpatient and hospital-based practice

• Full-time and part-time options available

• Manage routine and high-risk OB patients

• Perform deliveries, gynecologic surgeries, post-op rounding, and ultrasound reads

• Hospital call coverage required with community-supported call groups

Compensation & Incentives

• $310,000 – $375,000 base salary DOE

• $35,000 annual ultrasound reading bonus

• Additional incentives:

  • $100 per delivery

  • $5 per clinic patient encounter

  • $50 per GYN surgery

  • $12 per ultrasound report

  • Additional $1,600/month for 10+ call days

Requirements

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Active Arizona medical license

• Experience with high-risk OB patients required

• Comfortable with deliveries, surgeries, and inpatient rounding

• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
