FACILITY INFORMATION- EMR System: Epic
- Office Equipment Available: Ultrasound on-site
- Support Staff Available: Front Desk and Clinical Support Staff, including ultrasound
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days
REQUIRED PROCEDURES- All standard gynecologic procedures in clinic and hospital settings
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Board: Board Certified OBGYN
- Licenses: Active NE License or Universal License (IMLC)
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: BLS, NRP
- Experience: OB/GYN Residency Program completion
- AOther Qualifications: Clean malpractice history preferred, Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days, Availability at time of name clear
