OBIA DeveloperAtlanta, GA – 100 % OnsiteCore ResponsibilitiesETL Development (ODI)- Develop & customize SDE, SIL, PLP mappings
- Modify existing ETL to accommodate new business requirements
- Create new interfaces/packages
- Handle incremental & full load strategies
- Debug and fix load failures
Data Warehouse Development- Design & extend Fact and Dimension tables
- Implement Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 1/2/3)
- Create indexes & partitions for performance
- Maintain data integrity & referential constraints
- Write complex SQL for transformations
OBIEE / Reporting Development- Modify RPD (Physical, BMM, Presentation layers)
- Create new Subject Areas
- Develop dashboards & reports
- Implement KPIs and calculated measures
- Apply row-level & object-level security
Performance Tuning- Optimize slow-running ETL jobs
- Improve query performance
- Analyze execution plans
- Tune repository & BI server
Production Support- Monitor daily ETL loads
- Resolve data discrepancies
- Handle incident tickets (L2/L3 support)
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Coordinate with DBA & infrastructure teams
Documentation & Deployment- Prepare technical design documents (TDD)
- Maintain mapping documents
- Migrate code across DEV → TEST → PROD
- Follow release management processes
