Job Title: OB/GYN Physician – Make a Real Impact in Women’s Health
Location: Bridgeport, CT (Fulltime/Part-time)

If you’re the kind of provider who values meaningful patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and serving a diverse community—this could be the kind of role that actually fulfills you, not burns you out.

This role is with a well-established community health practice looking to add an experienced OB/GYN Physician or Women’s Health APP to our growing team. This is a place where providers are trusted, supported, and able to practice the full scope of women’s health.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be providing comprehensive care across the full spectrum of OB/GYN, including:

  • Preventive, routine, and acute gynecologic care
  • Prenatal care, from initial diagnosis through delivery
  • Managing both routine and high-risk pregnancies (based on your experience)
  • Collaborating closely with a supportive clinical team
  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff and APPs (if applicable)
  • Participating in continuous improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
You’ll also take part in shared call coverage (nights/weekends), with a team that values balance and support.

What This Environment Feels Like

  • Mission-driven, community-focused care
  • Diverse patient population that truly needs you
  • Collaborative—not hierarchical—team culture
  • Leadership that actually listens to providers
  • A place where you can grow, not just work
What We’re Looking For

  • OB/GYN Physician (Board Certified/Eligible) or Women’s Health APP
  • Active or eligible for licensure in Connecticut
  • 3–5+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and patient-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with diverse populations
Why This Role Stands Out

This isn’t just another clinic role. It’s an opportunity to:

  • Practice full-scope women’s health
  • Build long-term patient relationships
  • Be part of a team that genuinely supports each other
  • Make a tangible impact in an underserved community
