Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active California medical license and CA DEA registration
- Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years of residency
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proven ability to manage a full scope of OB-GYN services with professionalism and empathy
- Strong clinical skills to perform deliveries and outpatient care
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience with hospital-based deliveries
- Case logs demonstrating clinical experience for credentialing
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Experience with multidisciplinary team collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical practice preferred
- Prior hospital privileging experience
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start by June 2026
- Willingness to work 3-4 days per week, with scheduled call responsibilities (including weekends and evenings)
- Commitment to maintaining timely submission of all credentialing documents
- Ability to work both in clinical and hospital settings as needed
