Obstetrics and Gynecology - Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Shift: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local only, travel not allowed. Candidates must live <50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Mount Sinai.

Additional Details:

PAPR & Fit Testing Requirement: PAPR use is not guaranteed across all departments and must be flagged at submission. All applicants must be willing to shave to pass the mandatory N95 fit test to avoid a rescinded offer.

Required Skills/Experience: - Must have OB experience and be able to work with high-risk patients. - Candidates will be evaluated by an MFM specialist to ensure they can capture the needed patient/fetal views.

Unit Details: - Fetal Evaluation Clinic in an outpatient setting. - Performs ultrasound examinations, assists the radiologist, maintains ultrasound equipment, captures images to PACS and transfers them to physician workstations, and may answer phones, schedule examinations, and initiate transportation. - Uses PACS and Microsoft Office.

Shift & Scheduling: - Monday-Friday. - No call.

5 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
