Required Skills:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with valid state medical license
- Board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Excellent clinical skills and comprehensive knowledge of women's health issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and patient education
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic procedures
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Participation in research or specialized training in women’s health
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Prior experience working in hospital or outpatient settings
Other Requirements:
- Must hold or be able to obtain state medical licensure
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Flexibility to work a 7 on/7 off schedule (preferred model) or as determined
- Willingness to participate in ongoing call rotations and professional development activities
