    • Licenses/Certifications: Indiana medical license required (or eligible)
    • Experience: Generalist with hospital-based practice preferred

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to adult patients in a busy hospital setting
    • Collaborate with a team of three other physicians and hospitalist for patient management
    • Manage patient admissions, discharges, and ongoing care in a Level III NICU environment
    • Participate in call rotations (restricted call schedule) and outpatient services
    • Support OB triage with the Family Medicine residency team
    • Utilize hospital resources including surgery center and robotic surgical tools
    • Maintain documentation and comply with hospital policies and protocols
    What You Need
    • Indiana medical license (or eligible)
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
    • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
