- Shift: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: 12 shifts/month, including day and night coverage
- Hours/Week: 36 hours/week (average)
- Employment Type: Locum Tenens
- License/Certs: Active CA Medical License, DEA, ACLS, BLS, Board Certified or Board Eligible within 6 years of residency
- Experience: Prior OB/GYN hospitalist experience preferred

What Youll Do- Cover a busy OB/GYN hospitalist service with ten labor/delivery rooms, antepartum, and postpartum units
- Manage unassigned OB patients, primary OB sign-outs, and GYN emergencies
- Perform surgical procedures including C-sections, spontaneous abortions, and ovarian torsion
- Assist private physicians with planned and unplanned C-sections
- Oversee labor for low and high-risk patients
- Collaborate with perinatology team and laborist backup as needed
What You Need- Active California Medical License
- DEA registration
- Current CV uploaded to application
- ACLS & BLS certifications
- 3+ years of OB/GYN clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and days
